DR. SEVERO SOARES is a Chartered Accountant by OROC-Portuguese Institute of Chartered Accountants and Certified Auditor by OPACC-Professional Institute of Certified Accountants and Auditors of the Cape Verde Is. and has the academic qualifications of Bachelor of Business Management and Diploma of Accountancy and Administration and currently holds the profession of Certified Auditor and Management Consultant.
DRA. JÚLIA DA LUZ is a Certified Profession Accountant by OPACC-Professional Institute of Certified Accountants and Auditors of the Cape Verde Is. and has the academic qualifications of Post-graduate in Business Management, Post-graduate in Tax Law, Bachelor of Financial Auditing and Diploma of Accountancy and Administration and currently holds the profession of Auditor and Management Consultant.
DR. JOÃO ANDRADE LOPES is a Senior Economist, former member of the Board of BCV-Cape Verde Central Bank and has the academic qualifications of Post-graduate in Banking Management and Bachelor in Economics and currently holds the profession of Consultant on Economic and Banking Affairs.
